Maybe:
The Rapture will occur at 6:00 pm this evening.
I will stay behind.
The potato salad will be a hit at Jes' graduation/going-away party.
It won't rain on said party.
We will not all feel so broken and can stay for a decent length of time at the party.
Merlin will have a fabulous birthday today.
