I only learned to knit socks two winters ago or rather I finally learned to turn heels then. Here is my foot in the heel turn I use the most. It's from the Bellatrix Stocking which I will eventually knit a pair of. I keep starting the Bellatrix and then I frog what I started as I decide I want the yarn I chose for something else... I really just want a pair of black stockings in this pattern. I am thinking of using a kettle dyed black yarn (kettle dyed has subtle variegation due to the dying process) to get the effect I see in my head.I finished the first shawl for the 10 in 2010 challenge. It's blocking now.
